We've all had questions about Toontown: Where is it located? Why does Donald own two playgrounds? Where did Scrooge McDuck go? Who was phone? Now, we have a question for you: What would you ask if you had the chance to get an answer from the creator himself?
Jesse Schell is not only one of the original developers behind Toontown Online, but was the lead creator behind it who brought the Tooniverse to life over at Disney Online when the game was first being developed. With ToonFest right around the bend, Jesse has volunteered to remotely be part of our panel and answer questions directly from YOU!
Here are all of the details you need to know:
After founding Toontown, Jesse Schell left Walt Disney Imagineering to become a professor of Entertainment Technology at Carnegie Mellon University and create his own game studio, Schell Games. Jesse continues to follow Toontown and its fans today in hopes of officially bringing it back, and is an active supporter of Toontown Rewritten. You may have even seen him running around town on his red rabbit, Jaymo!

- All players, whether attending OMG!Con or not, can submit a question right over here to be answered by Jesse Schell. All questions must be submitted by 11:59PM Toontown Time (PST) on Saturday, May 16.
- Us folks on the Toontown Rewritten team will be working with Jesse to choose the best questions about Toontown, which will be answered straight from the man himself via recording at our 11AM ToonFest panel.
- The Top Toons who submit the best questions will receive a small Toontown Prize Pack complete with some of the items we'll be giving out at OMG!Con, along with some exclusives!
- Players from all around the world are able to enter: This contest is not restricted to the US.
- Signed trading cards from Jesse will be given out as prizes for our various contests hosted at the event, and you may even find one in the winner prize pack in addition to some of the first brand-new Toontown Rewritten trading cards that we've created.
- You'll be able to see Jesse Schell's answers regardless of going to OMG!Con through the recording, which will be uploaded soon after the event is over.
